Melanie is from a mountain village in the very West, Judith from a midsize city in the North & they met in the capital in the East of Austria at the gay pride parade. They did not talk much at the event, but thanks to mutual friends they got in touch. Staying connected did not seem to be the problem, but finding the way into a relationship was challenging. Judith did not want to fall into another relationship, afraid to lose her autonomy again as she did in her last one. They gave it a try, but the first attempt didn't go so well! Judith said Melanie was just her type, but that she wasn't ready to commit. They continued texting & Melanie, the type that prefers acting over talking offered to come visit one more time. And she stayed. And here they are, Judith & Melanie, in love. Judith fully committed & Melanie's mother, just a few months ago, said for the first time that she's ok with her daughter having a girlfriend. You can pretty much call that a happy ending!
