details

What was the inspiration behind this styled shoot?

I wanted to see more color and a change up in the flowers. We wanted to show floral trends could go both ways - for men and women. I wanted this shoot to “POP” and loved the vibrancy with the balloons and paper cranes. We also pulled in an ice cream truck because, why not?

What are some of the key elements in this shoot?

The flowers, ceremony area, and the COLOR!

Is there an overall theme and/or color palette in this shoot?

Rainbow colors and paper cranes.

Why did you choose to use LGBTQAI+ couples for the shoot? What significance did it have?

I always envisioned this shoot with a LGBTQAI+ couple in mind. I wanted it to be fun, colorful, and speak to that community. We talked with the couples before hand and got their input and asked what they wanted to see.
